Selected Answer: B
B. The customer wants to consolidate multiple OS environments on fewer servers they also are concerned about data privacy and reoccurring cost so containers provide lightweight isolated environments that share the host OS kernel but can run multiple different applications securely containers help reduce overhead compared to fully virtualized machines helping keep costs low since containers isolate at an application level they can help with data privacy within that same host.

Selected Answer: B
Lightweight Consolidation: Containers allow multiple applications and services to run isolated from one another on the same bare-metal server or virtual machine, making consolidation efficient without needing full guest operating systems. Supports Mixed Environments: They can host apps built on Windows, Linux, or Unix without needing dedicated VMs for each. Privacy-Friendly: Containers can be deployed on-premises, eliminating recurring cloud costs and retaining full control over data privacy. Cost Efficiency: No need for purchasing extra hardware or cloud-based services, which addresses the customer’s concern about ongoing expenses.
