I have no idea why the correct answer is D. That's stupid. You would compare against baselines to make sure that your fix didn't break something else in the network. I can *maybe* see you comparing baselines in trying to identify the problem since deviations can count as symptoms, and I GUESS that would extend to when you're testing the theory, assuming that was indeed a symptom, but seriously??? The best answer is B!!
