Molex is the most correct answer. P4 connectors are commonly associated with internal power cables from the PSU. These power other systems like graphics cards and CPU fans.
24-pin connectors are often dedicated in their entirety to provide 12V, but do not otherwise end in a P4 connector.
SCSI cables do not employ P4 connectors; often SCSI inputs are built into the motherboard or expansion card.
eSATA provides its own 5V or 12V power to its devices in addition to data transfer, but do not use P4 connectors.
From Mike Meyers: "P4 power connector: Provides additional 12-volt power to assist the 20/24-pin P1 motherboard power connector."

Molex is a company that makes a variety of connectors. The P4 was added to the 20 pin connector to make the 24 pin. Molex also makes the older power connectors for IDE drives, fans, etc. Those are also 12v.
P4 means the 4 pin square Pentium 4 connector that is part of the 24 pin atx power connector, most are 20 + 4 meaning the P4 is able to be used with the 20 pin to make a 24 pin connector or just use the 20 pin on its own if not using a Pentium 4 Processor... "On a 20+4 Pin connector, four of the pins are on a separate block making it reverse compatible with the older motherboards that require only a 20 pin connector."

In other words- the question asks "which of the following HAS a P4 connector?" Only a 2-piece, 24 pin atx power supply adapter has a P4 connector in addition to the other 20 pin connector- thereby making it a 24 pin adapter
P4 connector stands for Pentium 4 connector. Molex is an older standard, and is not really a P4 connector per se. However, Molex is the closest answer.
