LBAC is not a proactive solution since it's basically fulfilling access authorization proposes I believe the only option left is Honeypot

Honeypot is also not proactive - it has to wait for the attack to happen for honey pot to be effective - while putting LBAC in place is a proactive step to remediate the issue
