This question by the way, is a perfect example of what I'm talking about, in that as far as I'm concerned CompTIA is deliberately trying to fail people so that they can charge them again for a retest, which is full price if you don't purchase one of their bundles. No desktop support technician would know this unless they were cloud certified, and so therefore this is an unfair question which does not belong on this test.
I would suggest others to review the objectives for Comptia A+ before taking the test. As virtualization and cloud computing is listed as 12% of the test within the official Comptia site.
As far as I'm concerned this question shouldn't even exist on this test, because it has nothing to do with desktop support. This question belongs on a cloud certification test, not A+.
