A new browser version has been deployed to all users at a company. After the deployment, users report that they can no longer access the company's secure time-card system, which is hosted by a SaaS provider. Which of the following is the MOST likely cause of the security error users are seeing?

The Answer is C. This is a SaaS provider, they handle the application side and the error only happens when the browser is updated to a newer version. This means the provider is not keeping up with the updates or the changes in technology (application, OS, Infrastructure..)

Selected Answer: C
C, because the problem only occours only when upgrading the browser and disappears when rolling back. Probably the upgraded browser has a different minimum recommended SSL version, so it gives a warning to the user.

The answer is A. Can someone explain why it is? I saw a practice exam with this same question, the test taker chose A and got %100 correct at the end.

No way it is A. The expired SSL certificate would not stop you from going to the website, it would simply give you a warning about it. Older browsers will use obsolete protocols that allow you to go to older sites, so I believe it is still C. Maybe the test they took was misinformed?
