A user's personal laptop has been behaving erratically for the past month. Today, however, the user cannot perform any work on the laptop, as the device locks up immediately after logging on. I believe the C is correct because backing up data is part of the "identify the problem" procedure. I've to admit it is a bit strange at first but should always backup your data even if it may include the malware. That way you always have a backup of your machine and your data. Now the key method is to not restore the entire backup to your machine. Only go for the specific files and pieces of data you know aren't infected from that backup. I think it's A. If you suspect of an infection, you should not backup.

WRONG, it says full backup of system "DATA" and not the entire system.
