Only way I can make sense of this is Fishbone - root cause analysis. Root cause = origins

Fishbone is not to find the root cause, Ishikawa is, but since it is not an option, we will have to go for the fishbone.

Fishbone is also known as Ishikawa. The Fishbone Diagram, also known as an Ishikawa diagram, identifies possible causes for an effect or problem.

Fishbone diagram is used for root cause identification based on several categories. It can also be used for risk and for quality. Pareto diagram is used to determine what thing to fix first and what is causing the biggest impacts and defects. The answer in this case is B

I think it is Pareto Chart, specifically a cost Pareto: https://www.pqsystems.com/qualityadvisor/DataAnalysisTools/pareto_diagram.php UsePareto analysis if you want to know which category of problem is the most expensive in terms of some cost.

Actually I am not sure, Fishbone can also do that same thing. These questions are terrible for testing if we actually know the material.

I think it is A, Pareto Chart. A Pareto chart is a basic quality tool that helps you identify the most frequent defects, complaints, or any other factor you can count and categorize including cost overruns.
