No... calibrate the touch screen first. It's easier and quicker than updating the driver. That should be the first step. If that doesn't work, THEN update the touch screen driver... https://www.windowscentral.com/how-calibrate-touch-enabled-display-windows-10#:~:text=Calibrate%20Touch%20Screen%20If%20you%27re%20having%20an%20inaccurate,and%20do%20not%20change%20the%20resolution...%20See%20More.

Agree. Even if a user gets the answer wrong, its always nice to have people explain the question to people so they can get a better understanding of it. For example, I choice Question B first, but i guess C would be the better choice since you want to update it first before you do anything else. But i figured it would be to Disable it first, so you can reenable it later.

most of the time just because an item is new does not mean it's always up to date. The user could purchase a new tablet but it's already 1-2 years old. There is a good chance the tablet is missing some critical updates. I agree I would check for updates first before calibrating.

I think it is because the state of the purchased item is new, not necessarily mean the model is new.

The answer is A. Windows as a tool in the windows control panel to recalibrate the touchscreen. It will make sure the right parts of the screen are responding to your touch. If recalibration doesn't work then you should update the touchscreen's drivers.

Why is it C and not A. A is clearly the right answer.

Maybe by their logic, the drivers are faulty, wrong or corrupt and that the calibration relies on the correct driver.
