Believe the correct answer is B You can charge a laptop that has a USB-C, https://store.hp.com/us/en/tech-takes/3-different-ways-to-charge-laptop-without-charger The Lightning connector is a small connection cable used with Apple's mobile devices (and even some accessories) that charges and connects the devices to computers and charging bricks. The lightening connector is used to charge iPhone or iPad. The cable (emphasis on cable) can be used to charge the iPhone or iPad by plugging it into the USB port of a computer.

agree correct should be B. Lightening doesn't charge laptops (although does charge apple mobiles etc). But you can charge laptops over USB-C
