TLS certificate generates errors like: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_DATE_INVALID, SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN, ... folder can generate problem like HTTP status 500 "internal server error" the concurrent connections can generate "too many requests" (HTTP 429" the timeout is about firewall rules.

not sure why you would check the TLS certificate as it would be a error that would point to such an issue. example date/time, unknown issuer, certificate invalid. Even AWS troubleshooting says check the ACLs every result will point you to look at your network settings / firewalls first
