I would think Service level agreement since it is a binding contract that specifies what the customer will receive and the performance standards the provider is obligated to meet. MOA is not a legal contract (and not in the Comptia Project + objectives as far as I can tell). MOU is in the objectives but not a legal agreement.

Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is a “conditional agreement” between two or more parties where the transfer of funds for services are anticipated. The MOA is prepared in advance of a support agreement/reimbursable order form that defines the support, basis for reimbursement, the billing and payment process, and other terms and conditions of the agreement. MOAs often establish common legal terms that will be read into every reimbursable order that follows. MOAs do not obligate any funds themselves, but they establish the terms for future service and cite one of the appropriate authorities to do so.

Using the CompTia document, it indicates that the SLA includes the time available for the service, so for me it would be SLA

For those that didn't visit the link provided or it's a deadlink in the future, it shows that the Hours of Work and Overtime for a contract is in fact included in an MOA rather than an SLA so the correct answer is in fact B. MOA.
