Liquid cooling provides the ability to overclock the system. CPUs come with thermal paste already applied to them. As the user only 'picked out' not 'bought' the components, we should point out the PCIe to be used with GPU to get the highest performance. This is most reasonable explanation IMHO. I choose B and D.
