VDI is about virtualization (with hypervisor).
The network environments -> in some cases application performances could be affected by network, but that's not a "VDI administrator" environment, can be noticed by "network administrator".
"Client devices" -> are just stupid devices without any real performance
"Container resources" -> here we are speaking about virtualization(ig. VMWare vSphere) not "containerization" (ig. docker)
the best solution is: Server resources.
VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) is where a hypervisor segments a server(s) into virtual machines that in turn host virtual desktops, which users access remotely from their devices.
