/26 creates 4 networks with 64hosts per network, using this strategy you lost 1 network because answert doesn't provides "4 different regions". That's why the best solution is to subnet the network with CIDR /25: here you can have two networks in two different regions, each network can have 128hosts-2(network and broadcast)

Correct answer A: 60 nodes + 5 reserved network IP addresses. The CIDR /25 allows for 126 valid IP addresses and 2 network addresses.

Agree with you, tricky is 60 + 5 > 64 address (/26). So the answer must be A.
