The presenter most lacks (C) group involvement. By standing in front of the room throughout the entire session, the trainer has limited their ability to interact with learners and involve them in the learning process. Moving around the room, using group activities, and encouraging learner participation are all effective ways to increase group involvement and engagement in the learning process.

I really think that this should be C - Group involvement, it being one of the best communication methods. Interpersonal skills is not a communication method but a characteristic of an instructor.
