Print head alignment corrects the installation positions of the print head and improves ***deviated colors*** and lines. I would go with C.

If alignment is off you would not get any color. And if ink does transfer with imperfect connections expect to make a mess inside your printer staining things.

Can anyone explain this please? If alignment was off, wouldn't that affect text aswell?

If the alignment is off, the color mix won't be quite accurate. e.g., Greens would have a little yellow on 1 side & blue on the other because they aren't hitting the same spot.
