The answer is B. Successor means it comes before the task. This makes 4 the first task 1 and 2 the second, but 2 has a longer duration. Task 3 is dependent on 1 and 2. The critical path is 4,2,3

What?! We are talking the critical path (longest path) and successors (task that follows). With that said it makes sense 4 comes first (no dependencies), then 2 (because it is the longest duration), then 3.
