Selected Answer: D
Because On-Demand allows agents to do one or more of the following, depending on permissions and configuration: start/stop audio recording, start/stop desktop recording, apply blackouts to recordings, and update call records. This topic explains how to install the On-Demand client application on a workstation.

Selected Answer: C
This indicates that the application is a thick client. A thick client refers to a software application that is installed and executed on a local desktop or workstation, where most of the processing occurs locally.

It's An on-demand client (D). On-Demand allows agents to do one or more of the following, depending on permissions and configuration: start/stop audio recording, start/stop desktop recording, apply blackouts to recordings, and update call records. This topic explains how to install the On-Demand client application on a workstation.

I think they are trying to say that it is a virtual client because the Application is the virtual client making a request to the user's computer for data in the form of copies of hard document files. The user inputs the data into their computer and their computer serves the virtual client the response via the application's user interface. That is my best answer I can think of.

Out of all the options, I think virtual client makes more sense than the others...

this could be D. n-Demand allows agents to do one or more of the following, depending on permissions and configuration: start/stop audio recording, start/stop desktop recording, apply blackouts to recordings, and update call records. This topic explains how to install the On-Demand client application on a workstation.
