Synchronization - Data synchronization is the ongoing process of synchronizing data between two or more devices and updating changes automatically between them to maintain consistency within systems. source: https://www.google.com/search?q=synchronization+in+cloud+computing&rlz=1C1CHBF_enCA896CA896&oq=synchronization+in+Cload&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0i13j0i5i13i30l4j0i8i13i30.10152j1j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 Searched in other websites too, Synchronization is also their answer.

C is correct answer. Resource pooling is an IT term used in cloud computing environments to describe a situation in which providers serve multiple clients, customers or "tenants" with provisional and scalable services. These services can be adjusted to suit each client's needs without any changes being apparent to the client or end user.
