The answer is D - "cisco-ios" "last-modified". Cisco has admin as user cisco as a password, or cisco as a user and cisco as a password. there is no password. I would say this should be C as the default password.

That's true and it's a good catch, but the question asks about "no password" not "default passwords". I will go with B.
