Selected Answer: A
A. Ability to identify approval authority The obstacle in this situation is the inability of the leaders to sign off on the required change, which is delaying the project. This may be due to the organization's recent restructuring, which may have resulted in changes to the decision-making processes or the roles and responsibilities of the leaders. In order to move forward with the project, it may be necessary to identify the appropriate approval authority for the change and to follow the necessary processes for obtaining approval

Selected Answer: A
It states they don't feel they are in a position to sign off on the change. I think it's A, they are not in a position since the organizational changes. Change validation isn't a problem since there is no change made to validate.

If we can't figure out who should sign off on a required change, isn't that an issue with not being able to identify approval authority?
