An organization recently restructured. Leaders feel they are not in a position to sign off on a required change, which is delaying a project. Which of the following is the obstacle?
A. Ability to identify approval authority
The obstacle in this situation is the inability of the leaders to sign off on the required change, which is delaying the project. This may be due to the organization's recent restructuring, which may have resulted in changes to the decision-making processes or the roles and responsibilities of the leaders. In order to move forward with the project, it may be necessary to identify the appropriate approval authority for the change and to follow the necessary processes for obtaining approval
It states they don't feel they are in a position to sign off on the change. I think it's A, they are not in a position since the organizational changes. Change validation isn't a problem since there is no change made to validate.
Can someone explain why its not A. We can't identify who is responsible for the approval.
