This is one of those "CompTIA" questions when they are looking for the "best" answers. In reality, if using Microsoft365 with correct licensing you can use conditional access policies to really assist in limiting the affects of attempted malicious logins to an account.

If you have done AZ204 exam, you will see the same question with conditional access as answer. It did not make sense to me in AZ204, but looks like these question creators go to the same club.
