B. IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) can provide data storage, hardware options, and scalability to a third-party company that cannot afford new devices. With IaaS, the provider offers virtualized computing resources over the internet, including storage, networking, and servers, allowing clients to use infrastructure without having to purchase and maintain it themselves.
Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is an instant computing infrastructure, provisioned, and managed over the internet, this even goes as far at to giving hardware options to the company. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is a cloud computing service that enables a consumer to outsource computing equipment purchases and running their own data center. IaaS quickly scales up and down with demand, letting you pay only for what you use. It helps you avoid the expense and complexity of buying and managing your physical servers and other data center infrastructure. Each resource is offered as a separate service component, and you only need to rent a particular one for as long as you need it. A cloud computing service provider manages the infrastructure while you purchase, install, configure, and manage your software.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is a means of provisioning IT resources such as
servers, load balancers, and storage area network (SAN) components quickly.
The question is vague. Both IaaS and DaaS can considered the answer, however, IaaS is the better answer because DaaS require compatible devices thus the scalability is proportional to the availability of these devices. IaaS on the other hand is servers and one can scale those up in the background with just a click of the mouse.
I believe the answer should be DaaS. DAAS can be a Linux or Windows OS, plus the storage needed. Highly scalable and for a fixed priced. If you went with IAAS, you have the option to buy separately and install your own OS. This seems rather expensive way to go to me.
The answer is 100% IAAS - infrastructure as a service. DAAS only allows you to virtualise and scale desktops.
