A technician is troubleshooting a client's report about poor wireless performance. Using a client monitor, the technician notes the following information: Which of the following is MOST likely the cause of the issue?
Just a reminder:
RSSI stands for Received Signal Strength Indicator. It's a measurement used in wireless networks to quantify the strength of the signal being received by a device, such as a Wi-Fi router, access point, or wireless client (like a laptop, smartphone, or tablet).
RSSI is typically expressed in decibels (dBm), which is a logarithmic unit of measurement. A higher RSSI value indicates a stronger signal, while a lower value indicates a weaker signal. The actual RSSI values can vary depending on the hardware and manufacturer, but generally:
A high RSSI value (close to 0 dBm) indicates a very strong signal.
A low RSSI value (further away from 0 dBm) indicates a weaker signal.
Always make sure you used non-overlap channels for multiple AP.
