Sorry my bad. CPI=1.2 means the project is under budget. So the answer is correct "it is under budget"

I believe the correct answer is "the project is over budget" since CPI=EV/AC in this case is CPI=120/100 which is 1.2. Hence, it's over budget.

No cause a CPI under 1 is over budget, whilst a CPI over 1 is under budget, and a CPI that equals 1 is on track
