I don't get this question. Are questions ambiguous like this in the real exam? How the schedule is changing? No one has touched the schedule or any other aspect of the project. Only stakeholders are changing.

The project hasn't changed, the schedule and baseline won't change. however, stakeholders can change from phase to phase. the list of stakeholders can change throughout the project's journey: a certain stakeholder's influence might become more or less important depending on the project phase, for example

I really don't understand this one. The only thing that has changed is bringing the team members in that will be doing the work, would that not change the stakeholders involve?
