Selected Answer: D
D. Create a dedicated subscription for the businesses to manage the costs is the best method for resolving this issue. By creating dedicated subscriptions, the organization can have separate billing, cost management, and access control for each business. This will provide better visibility and accuracy of costs for each business and make it easier to allocate costs and track usage. The other options may provide some level of cost tracking, but they will not be as accurate and may not provide detailed cost visibility or control.

Why wouldn't you separate the business accounts along with this issue it would also remove how much of a loss the Organization would have if one of the businesses got sued, unless I'm misunderstanding something.
