The system is still operating. RAID 10 can survive the loss of one drive from each mirrored pair. Cache does not have anything to do with redundancy, so B is the correct answer.

The system is still operating. As zach said, it can survive the loss of one drive from each mirrored pair. Cache does not have anything to do with redundancy, so B is the correct answer, IMHO.

no, a standard four-disk RAID 10 setup can only withstand one drive failure in each mirrored pair of disk drives. The answer is correct.
