from the book. A load balancer can be deployed to distribute client requests across server nodes in a farm or pool. You can use a load balancer in any situation where you have multiple servers providing the same function. Examples include web servers, email servers, web conferencing servers, and streaming media servers. The load balancer is placed in front of the server network and distributes requests from the client network or Internet to the application servers. The service address is advertised to clients as a virtual server. This is used to provision high availability services that can scale from light to heavy loads. so the answer is C guys

Load Balancer is the correct choice in this scenario because its primary function is to distribute incoming traffic across all available servers, including new ones, ensuring that they are all utilized effectively. Clustering, while beneficial for high availability and fault tolerance, does not directly address the load distribution needs of the system. Therefore, to ensure each new server is properly utilized in handling increased sales, implementing a load balancer is the most appropriate solution.

Selected Answer: A
I don't understand why not Virtualization is the answer as the question obviously stated that each server should be properly used. With the use of virtualization the new server can be run with exactly the same configuration. The load-balancer is not obviously related to the proper utilization of the VMs and instead related to scalability.

I vote Clustering because this way they can increase the capacity. A load balancer would would not necessarily increase capacity even though it does help also. It's a good discussion. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/difference-between-cluster-module-and-load-balancer/#

They've already increased capacity. It's asking how to ensure each server is being properly utilized. A load balancer will distribute network traffic to each server equally.

To ensure that each new server is being properly utilized after additional servers have been installed to support increased sales, a (load balancer) should be used. A load balancer distributes incoming network traffic across multiple servers to ensure that no single server is overwhelmed with requests. This helps to improve the performance and reliability of the system.

A clustering unit the servers to act as a single server for common task to increase performace and ensure load balancing. Having said that, Since the task is just the increasing sales having a clustering is ideal than load balancer

C. Load balancer - Load balancing is a technique used to distribute workloads evenly across multiple servers in a network, to ensure that no single server is overburdened. In this scenario, a load balancer would be used to distribute incoming requests to the newly added servers, thereby maximizing their utilization and improving the overall performance of the system.

I read the comment. Some says load balancer and some says clustering. WTH guys. It is obvious that half of you are wrong, but all comments looks so sure. WTH guys. Don't comment when you don't have knowledge. It is not helping and it only makes things harder. I go with load balancer.

Clustering does not add capacity, it adds high availability. The answer is Load Balancing as this would increase the capacity
