"management controls are actions taken to manage thedevelopment, maintenance, and use of the system, including system-specific policies, procedures, and rules of behavior, individual roles and responsibilities, individual accountability and personnel security decisions." According to NIST on Google. So I am going with A

I will have to go with DLP here. DLP helps to detect and classify sensitive data and it applies policies to control its use and distribution. Data Masking does not control distribution.

C. I was thinking DLP at first. But it is DataMasking. Data masking is the process of obscuring or hiding sensitive data in a non-production environment by replacing it with fictitious data that resembles the original data but does not contain actual PII. This technique allows the organization to test and develop software using realistic data while reducing the risk of exposing real PII.

Data masking is a way to create a fake, but a realistic version of your organizational data. The goal is to protect sensitive data, while providing a functional alternative when real data is not needed—for example, in user training, sales demos, or software testing.
