this was on my exam. i chose D. Took the exam 27/7/2023, I scored 840 and got 82 questions in total(with 3 PBQs). (not quite sure what questions I got right or wrong, there were tons that have 50/50 percentage in this site) 90%+ is from this site and I have no contributor access though I think it's also just luck on what set you'll get from their questions' pool. good luck!

the question was talking about gaining knowledge across the organization "gaining knowledge in every department" the only way that can be done is through job rotation

Asset management policy: Focuses on managing and maintaining an inventory of the organization's assets (e.g., hardware, software, equipment), but it does not necessarily provide a greater depth and breadth of knowledge across the organization.

Add the words " for the employees" to the end, and D makes sense. Job rotation spreads the knowledge to more employees.

Another pathetically worded question. I understood it, as in which which document increases your knowledge about the company, not which ACTION allowed said policy. Ugh.

Job rotation is a human resources practice where employees are periodically moved or rotated between different roles or positions within the organization. This policy aims to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and experience by exposing them to various aspects of the organization's operations. Benefits of job rotation include: Skill development: Employees gain expertise in different areas, allowing them to develop a broader skill set. Cross-functional knowledge: Employees get exposure to various departments and functions, enabling them to understand the organization as a whole. Risk mitigation: Job rotation reduces dependency on specific individuals for critical tasks, which helps in mitigating risks associated with key person dependencies. Career growth and motivation: Employees experience professional growth and increased motivation when presented with new challenges and opportunities.

This one appears fairly obvious as a job rotation is used to give everyone at an organization a better understanding of the overall picture.

Asset management is the process of tracking valuable assets throughout their life cycles. For example, organizations commonly implement processes to track hardware such as servers, desktop computers, laptop computers, routers, and switches. An effective asset management system can help reduce several vulnerabilities: • ========================= Job rotation is a concept that has employees rotate through different jobs to learn the processes and procedures in each job. From a security perspective, job rotation helps to prevent or expose dangerous shortcuts or even fraudulent activity. Employees might rotate through jobs temporarily or permanently.
