My thought is, audits, schedule changes and risk register updates. These questions are so stupid. I say audits because I personally would audit what happened, we'd have to changed the schedule and do a risk register update to acknowledge the risk. Am I right/wrong? Who knows, hate this test though :)

by triggered think they just mean affected. Milestones are significant events or points in a project that mark the completion of a particular stage or deliverable. If the vendor cannot meet the scheduled date for a deliverable on the critical path, it is likely that one or more milestones will be affected.
