An intranet site is the best option for providing detailed policy guidance. An intranet is a private network that is only accessible to an organization's employees and is used to share information and resources within the organization. An intranet site can be an effective way to provide detailed policy guidance because it allows employees to access the information at their own pace and review it as needed. An intranet site can also be easily updated to reflect changes in policy or to provide additional guidance as needed. Other options, such as a text message, video conference, or email, may be useful for providing quick updates or alerts, but they are not as effective as an intranet site for providing detailed policy guidance.
A detailed guideline policy may need additional explanation so it may be best to do so via video conferencing. Although email would be the next best option.
If you have a ton of detail, why the hell would you not email it? Some of these questions are really starting to bug me.
