Just because you used the provided cables doesn't mean you connected them properly and doesn't mean they are good, you don't know unless you check.

D is correct answer and B is wrong 100% sure The most common reasons you may be seeing the "No Signal" message: The projector and the source device are not connected correctly. The first action should be to check the video cable and replace it if necessary, as the error message suggests that the projector is not receiving a signal from the laptop. Verifying that the projector is turned on and checking the bulb would come after verifying the video cable

The answer is B, Even the most common reason you may be seeing the "No Signal" Message, But the first thing to check we need to verify OS is compatible, Because of in the real issue and the mostly Win 10 can face the OS is not compatible or approved

That's like going into the driver settings for an issue that can be resolved by restarting the system. When troubleshooting you start with the most simple probable causes, because the simplest are often the quickest and most cost-effective. The FIRST thing you should do is verify the printer is on, but since the question states that the screen shows no input, That already confirms the printer is on, and the next simplest thing to do is check and reseat the cable if needed. A question like this can always have multiple solutions but the job of a technician is to always find the quickest and cost effective one.

If a user creates a support ticket to report a conference room projector that does not work and the projector screen shows the error message “No Signal Input”, the first action that should be taken is to check the video cable and replace it if necessary. This is because the issue could be due to a connection problem, defective cables, or improper wiring from one item to the other. Option A is not the best solution as it is not related to the issue of the projector not receiving a signal. Option B is also not the best solution as it is related to the operating system and not the projector’s ability to receive a signal. Option C is not the best solution as it is related to the projector bulb and not the projector’s ability to receive a signal.

I want anyone to please check the part of the question that says "even though the provided cable are being used", I think that part showed that the cable connection is not the problem but the next thing after cable checks.

A laptop can output display signal even at POST before OS loading, so it should not be the problem of OS.

I think the main difference here is that it states, "No signal input" and not "Unsupported signal error". Although the cables were provided, the error on the screens states there is something wrong with the signal transferring through those cables. So, I selected D. Please let me know what you think.

Verifying that the projector is turned on is certainly important, but it is less likely to be the issue in this scenario, as the user is seeing an error message on the screen. The error message indicates that the projector is receiving power and displaying an image, but it is not receiving a signal from the input source

It says “the projector screen shows the following error message” so doesn’t that rule out A since it’s already on and showing an error?
