Selected Answer: A
The correct answer is A. Acceptable use policy. An acceptable use policy (AUP) is a set of rules that outline the proper and improper use of an organization's resources, such as its videoconferencing solution. An AUP can provide guidance to employees about what is expected of them when using the organization's videoconferencing solution, including restricting non-business access to it.

I see where you're coming from but the specifics of the questions are about "non-business" use of "company" equipment. Yes videoconferencing is likely beig used remotely but the question appears to be more focused on using company a equipment for "non-company" use. This leans towards AUP for me

Plus, remote-access policies focus mainly on SECURITY concerns, which isn't always the problem with non-business usage. They provide security guidelines, but they don't detail appropriate business uses of it as AUPs do—which you need to know in order to determine what constitutes as "non-business."
