Im going with option A because the company "... does not have the personnel ... to manage everything... The organization has multiple small offices and remote users.." Wouldn't it be SaaS? Says they do not have the staff to manage the infrastructure..with IaaS you can't utilize it without having a staff to service it. Thoughts?
