I mean, out of the given answers, DDR3 is the BEST answer but in reality, try building a computer with DDR3 RAM in 2023... DDR3 RAM was phased out in 2022. I just built my DDR5 system but DDR4 has been the standard since 2014. Almost 10 years. Followed by DDR5 in 2021. JEDEC announced the publication of the JESD79-5 DDR5 SDRAM standard in July 2021. DDR3 released in 2007... It's all about the BEST answer for the question.
