I go with D. SPIM is unwanted messages sent over instant messaging (IM) channels, Vishing is VOIP, Spear phishing is targeting a specific group or individual via email.

Smishing refers to a type of phishing attack that is conducted using SMS (Short Message Service) or text messages. In this attack, the attacker sends a fraudulent text message to the user, typically pretending to be a legitimate organization or service, and tries to trick the user into revealing sensitive information or performing certain actions, such as providing bank details or clicking on malicious links.

Smishing (a mashup of SMS and phishing) is a form of phishing that uses text instead of email. Some smishing texts include malicious attachments, and some try to trick the user into giving up personal information.
