Motion Sensor DETECTS motion. The signage WARNS anyone accessing the location

Not really a constructive comment but if local laws require you to reveal your security mechanism that's insane. Clearly, this hypothetical government hasn't heard of security through obscurity.

Not as uncommon as you'd think. There are many jurisdictions (at least in EU) where you are required to notify a person if she is being recorded or observed. You see a lot of warnings before speed cameras on roads or CCTV, and it is not only for deterrent purposes.

The implementation of motion sensors with signage is being done to comply with local laws that require citizens to be notified prior to encountering the detection mechanism. The signage serves as a warning to individuals that they are entering an area protected by motion sensors, which helps deter malicious activities and also ensures that people are aware of the security measures in place. This is a common practice to inform individuals about the presence of security systems in use to maintain transparency and adhere to legal requirements.

Not sure about this, but C would for me be something you should inform your citizens about. I know at least in europe there are strong regulations for usage of drones, and I could understand that you need to inform citizens about them when you want to use them. But open for discussion...I´m really not sure about this one

I'm confused by the answers given here. I've never once seen a sign warning of motion sensors. Electric fences, on the other hand, are always labeled.

The question states they must be NOTIFIED. A fence definitely won't whisper in your ear.

Only "B. Fence with electricity" can be harmful for individuals, so i think it is the best option here.
