The reason why I choose D is because it doesn't tell us what type of DVI the PC is using. There several different types of DVI based on this Google image "Different Types of DVI Cables Chart | Warehouse Cables" So D is the answer!

Options A, B, and C are unrelated to the audio issue. Changing the input on the projector to VGA or the output on the PC to DVI won't address the audio problem because neither VGA nor DVI carries audio signals. Modifying the projector's refresh rate is unlikely to affect the audio, as it mainly pertains to the display's refresh rate, not the audio output.

D. Utilizing an HDMI connection is the most likely solution to resolve the issue of the projector having video but no audio when a user is attempting to give a presentation via a projector in a conference room. HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) supports both video and audio signals in a single cable, making it a common interface used to connect devices such as PCs to projectors. Changing the input on the projector to VGA, changing the output on the PC to DVI, or modifying the projector's refresh rate are not relevant solutions for this scenario, as they do not address the issue of the projector having video but no audio.
