SaaS delivers software applications over the internet, allowing users to access the software through a web browser. This model is well-suited for ensuring consistent access to the same cloud-based services across different devices, making it the most appropriate choice for a BYOD scenario.

PaaS also has www and your app can run by www (why only SaaS)?

Software as a Service (SaaS) would be the best option to ensure all users have access to the same cloud-based services in a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environment. SaaS provides access to software applications hosted on the cloud that can be accessed over the internet. It allows users to access the same applications and services regardless of the device they are using, making it suitable for a diverse range of devices in a BYOD setup.

The question does not specify nor exclude any specific BYOD, so any type of BYOD device should must be considered in the answer phones included. All the same services then should be accessible to phones, tablets and/or laptops. The following link makes a better case for SaaS with regards to this questions - https://www.educba.com/paas-vs-saas/

This link is one of the worst sources of info I've ever seen... Full of grammar & factual mistakes. "PaaS: Customers are responsible for hardware and software updates." - Like how on earth, cloud customer is responsible for hardware update?

In my mind, I'm thinking VDI would fall under PaaS. That is, using personal devices to log into a VDI client (such as VMware's Horizon).

Going with D- SaaS. It is not stating what type of devices, just BYOD, so cannot tell which platform is needed, or what requirements are involved. SaaS is the one that fits the most, IMHO.
