B. LC The LC (Lucent Connector) is a small, high-performance fiber optic connector commonly used for connecting directly to SFP (Small Form-factor Pluggable) transceivers on network switches and other networking equipment.

B. LC connectors should be used. LC connectors are small, easy to handle, and designed for high-density installations. They are commonly used with SFP transceivers on network switches and other network equipment. LC connectors are designed for single-mode and multimode fiber and provide low insertion loss and excellent repeatability.

RJ45 is a type of connector used for Ethernet cables, not fiber cables. MT connectors are used for multi-mode fiber cables and F-type connectors are used for coaxial cables, not fiber cables. The correct answer is LC, which stands for "Locking Connector" and is a type of connector used for single-mode fiber cables.

I do believe the answer is LC, due to the fact that F-type is coxaial and SFP transceivers have Fiber connection not coaxial. If I am wrong please correct me but that just what I seen in my research.

marmarhar1980, cover transceiver and connector types again, it can be a little tricky. The question mentions Fiber connector types and transceivers. "all SFP and SFP+ optics require LC connectors so the question becomes when you need single mode fiber or multi mode fiber but the connectot type is clear. SC square connectors are too big to fit in a SFP or SFP+." https://community.cisco.com/t5/routing/determine-whether-an-sfp-needs-lc-or-sc-fibre-interface/td-p/4459075#:~:text=all%20SFP%20and%20SFP%2B%20optics,in%20a%20SFP%20or%20SFP%2B.
