Agreed, looked at some research as well, and this is correct, it should be A for RPO “ RPO designates the variable amount of data that will be lost or will have to be re-entered during network downtime. RTO designates the amount of “real time” that can pass before the disruption begins to seriously and unacceptably impede the flow of normal business operations."

once the critical app is back online the last point of data recovery is max 2 hours in de past. Recorery points apply to apps that are up and running. RTO applies to the threshold the critical app is mandated to be back online. A

Selected Answer: C
The network can only be down for less then 6 hours, & the time passing of data loss is two hours, this still gives you a window of 6 hours that can pass since your last backup (RPO).

The only reason I can think of C being a correct! answer for this question is that the developer of this question imagined a scenario of a disaster of six hours and RPO in that six-hour RTO. Since the system in his/her mind has been down for six hours, then the closest point to recover (RPO) will be 6 hours ago.

Selected Answer: A
A. Two hours RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is a concept that defines the maximum amount of data loss that an organization can tolerate in the event of a disaster or outage. In this scenario, the company has agreed that the acceptable amount of data loss is no more than two hours, which means that the RPO is two hours.

Selected Answer: A
The correct answer is A. Two hours. Explanation: RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is a concept that defines the maximum amount of data loss that an organization can tolerate in the event of a disaster or outage. In this scenario, the company has agreed that the acceptable amount of data loss is no more than two hours, which means that the RPO is two hours. RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is a concept that defines the maximum amount of time that a service or system can be down before it starts to negatively impact business operations. In this scenario, the company has agreed that critical applications can be down for no more than six hours, which means that the RTO is six hours. Therefore, the RPO for this company is two hours.

Selected Answer: A
A. Two hours RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is the point in time to which data must be recovered after a disaster or interruption. It represents the maximum amount of data loss that the organization can tolerate. In this case, the company agreed that the acceptable amount of data loss is no more than two hours, therefore two hours should be documented as the RPO. The maximum amount of downtime (Recovery Time Objective) for critical applications is no more than six hours, this is not related to RPO.
