The given answer doesn't make sense, this isn't charged by usage, its socket based licensing so only the number of CPU's will determine the cost of the licensing. The answer here should be B

I think socket was mistaken with socket port and that's why they picked D. But the CORRECT answer is B) They refer to the number of processors, not people
