It should be B A C D because regardless of the impact 99% probability is greater than 95 and should be adressed first. though, closest one is B

95% of $110,000 is $104,500 99% of $100,000 is $99,000 Risks >90% adressed first Then in order of cost so it's A first

The correct answer is not listed. "Risks with a probability of 95% or greater will be addressed before all others regardless of the impact." means B should be first since it's probability is 99%, then A which is 95% probability. After that you can "do the math" (Probability * Cost=Risk Score) to determine C, then D. I'm sure the answer is B. But I'm also sure B may be a typo.
