i think the correct answer is B 9 months gives you 1.7 TB

9 months*50GB + 15GB (backup monthly increase)*45(number of times 15GB has been added from month 1) = 450+675 = 1125 GB which exceeds 1024GB=1TB there must be a formula for this arithmetic progression
