Traffic going in and out of a data center from the internet is referred to as North-South traffic (Option B). Demarcation point (Option A) refers to the physical point where the responsibility for a telecommunications circuit changes from one party to another. Fibre Channel (Option C) is a high-speed network technology used for storage area networks, and Spine and leaf (Option D) is a network topology used in data centers for connecting servers and switches.
North-South refers to the external communication of a data center. It is simply the traffic that flows into and out of a data center. The other external systems that communicate with the data center could be any client requesting access to an application.
