From the answers provided, my best guess is A. Mainly because I do not see much of anything that tells me the others are reasonable. The only thing that tips me off is "sonicfirewall'. I know they make a WAF soooo... ?
Routers don't run IIS or FTP. It's forwarding those ports to other devices running the services. Not sure if it's dynamic or not so could be B or E imo.
B. Port triggering the router is doing port forewarding dynamic and that means that behind each port there are diffrent machines in the internal network (Filezilla, IIS etc).
