Unprivileged TCP ports are the range of port numbers from 1024 to 65535. These ports are available for use by regular (unprivileged) users and can be used for running network services such as HTTP, FTP, and SMTP. Port numbers below 1024 are considered privileged ports and are typically reserved for use by system services and privileged applications, requiring superuser permissions to bind to.
